| 1. RATE: |
Prices published on the internet are for land cost only and
in US dollars per person.
All rates are quoted net to Customer/Agent at current rates
of exchange and are subject to change without prior notice.
All rates valid according to the date specified on the Saigontourist
in Danang printed tariffs and/or quotation and/or invoice issued
to the Customer/Agent.

| Prices included: |
• Accommodation with daily breakfast.
• All meals as specified in each itineraries.
• Air-conditioned minibus/coach for transfers and transportation.
• English speaking local guide.
• Sightseeing admission fees, water puppet show, traditional
musical and dance performance, elephant ride, pedicab (cyclo)
tour, boat rides, train ticket as indicated in the programs.

| 2. PAYMENT: |
| • Deposit: A deposit of 40 % of total tour
cost is required 30 days prior to arrival date in order to ensure
reservations of accommodation and tour products. Any booking
not deposited with us by this time will automatically cancel
without notification to you. |
• Final payment:
-For package tour and tailor made tour: final payment should
be paid at least 15 days prior to arrival date
in Vietnam or starting date of the tour.
-For hotel booking only, final payment must be paid at
least a week prior to arrival date. Vouchers will be
issued when final payment is received in our office.

• Payment can be make by cash, travelers
cheques, telegraphic transfer & credit card
- For payment by credit card and travelers cheques, the total
tour fee will be added 3% or 5%
( depending on type of credit card ) as the changing service
charge of Vietnam’s bank.
- For payment by bank’s transfer (telegraphic transfer), the
transfer fee at the customer’s side is at the customer’s account.

| 3. CANCELLATION: |
• Cancellation 21 working days prior to arrival date: 10%
of total tour cost.
• Cancellation 7 working days prior to arrival date: 40% of
total tour cost.
• Cancellation 4 working days prior to arrival date: 50% of
total tour cost.
• Cancellation 3 working days prior to arrival date: 100% of
total tour cost.

| 5. CONFIRMATIONS: |
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or
e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation
is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at
the time of reservation.

| 6. REDUCTIONS & CHILDREN
POLICY: |
| A. REDUCTIONS |
| For 15 full-fare travelers, the sixteenth is complimentary. |
| B. CHILDREN POLICY: |
For package tours & tailor made tours, child discount
as follows :
• Under 2 years: 10% of adult fare.
• From 2 to 12 years: 50% of adult fare.
For accommodation only (hotel booking only): Children up to
10 years sharing room and existing beds with parents are free
of charge with no breakfast included. If an extra bed is requested,
the applicable rate as per our tariff for an extra bed will
be charged, which also includes breakfast.

| 7. UNUSED SERVICES: |
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect to accommodation
, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services
, included the tour price , but not used by the tour member.

| 8. RESPONSIBILITY: |
We are not responsible for any loss, injuries or damages
sustained by the passengers. Additional expenses due to delays,
accidents, natural disasters, political actions, change of
schedules or other irregularities arising from circumstances
beyond our control must born by passengers.
